Pomellato

Pomellato was founded in 1972 by the Pomellato family. The brand is based in Milan, Italy, and has become known for its distinctive use of precious metals and stones. Originally a family business, today Pomellato is owned by Richemont S.A., which also owns brands like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and IWC Schaffhausen.

Pomellato’s jewelry designs often feature pieces that are innovative but simple to wear at the same time. They take inspiration from art history as well as nature. These influences can be seen throughout their collections over the years, including their ‘Jewels with History’ series. It features intricate designs inspired by Egyptian hieroglyphics or their ‘Elements’ range featuring organic shapes based on crystals found in nature.

Roberto Coin

Roberto Coin is an Italian jeweler. He is best known for his use of gemstones, especially in pieces such as the “Ruby” collection. The collection consists of three rings: a ruby ring with diamonds on the sides, a ruby ring with diamonds on top and bottom, and a ruby ring with diamonds on top and bottom.

Each piece features one large ruby stone surrounded by smaller diamonds. They sometimes also feature a hidden ruby which serves as the designer’s signature. According to experts on ruby stone meaning, it can improve one’s physical health.

Roberto Coin was born in Milan, Italy, to a family of jewelers and began working with his father at age 15. After graduating from college, he moved to New York City, where he opened his studio in 1986 and began showing his work internationally.

The first piece he created for himself was a necklace made of glass pearls that became popular with celebrities like Madonna, Cher, and Elizabeth Taylor. They often wore it on television appearances or to award shows such as The Academy Awards ceremony.

Delfina Delettrez

Italian jewelry designer Delfina Delettrez was born in Milan, Italy. She studied at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, where she received a B.A. in Jewellery and Silversmithing in 2002. Her work has been exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Museum of Arts & Design (MAD), New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.

After graduating from Central Saint Martins College, Delettrez worked for Bulgari as an intern for three years until it was time to launch her line in 2008. Her signature style is very nature-inspired, with pieces that have an element of asymmetry or surprise, like snail shapes or egg-shaped stones hanging off chains.

Laura Lombardi

Laura Lombardi is an Italian jewelry designer who has been creating her unique pieces since 2003. Her designs are inspired by the natural world, with influences ranging from plants and flowers to birds and animals. She creates each piece in her studio in Milan, which she opened after graduating from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.

Born in 1974, Laura began working as an artist at a young age. She was a part of several group exhibitions before opening her own gallery space to display her work when she was just nineteen years old. Today, she has collaborated with other designers like Alessandro Mendini on items including ceramics and furniture, as well as on jewelry collections for Vivienne Westwood’s fashion brand Red Label.

Marco De Vincenzo

Marco De Vincenzo is a jewelry designer based in Paris, France. He was born in Milan and studied at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. After graduation, he began working as an assistant to several well-known jewelry designers before establishing his studio in 1994.

His work has been shown across Europe and Asia at many prestigious exhibitions, including the Biennale des Antiquaires, Fiera di Roma and Art Basel Hong Kong. He has also won multiple awards for his innovative use of natural materials such as rock crystal, amber, and mother of pearl. These are often overlooked by other designers due to their high cost or difficulty to work with, but Marco De Vincenzo manages to make them seem effortless.

Bulgari

Bulgari is an Italian jewelry and luxury watch brand founded in 1884 by Sotirio Bulgari in Rome. It was named after the city of Bolgheri, where Mr. Bulgari’s ancestors had lived for three generations. The company has maintained its headquarters for over 130 years, with retail stores around the world, including New York City, London, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, Las Vegas, Dubai, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Taipei.

Bulgari’s most famous product is the Bulgari Serpenti watch (otherwise known as “snakeskin”), made from 18-carat gold and encrusted with diamonds or sapphires on leather straps embellished with gold tassels that hang down like snakes’ tongues. The Serpenti design is a power piece and symbolizes boldness and seduction. Charlize Theron wore a 75-carat diamond version of it to the 2019 Oscars.

Gucci

Gucci is an iconic Italian brand founded in 1921 by Guccio Gucci and still run by his family to this day. The brand has gone from strength to strength, conquering all aspects of the fashion industry and becoming one of the most recognized luxury brands worldwide.

Gucci’s signature logo is its double-G monogram, which can be seen across many different items, including bags, shoes, and accessories. It was designed by Guccio Gucci himself and represents two stylized ‘G’s that stand for ‘Gianni’ (Guccio) and ‘Rosita’ (his wife). It has become synonymous with the company over time.
