Baraing Castle is a neo-Gothic castle located in Pont-Saint-Martin, Aosta Valley.
Following his marriage to Delfina Bianco, local physician and benefactor Annibale Baraing constructed the Baraing castle. It was created in the usual neo-Gothic 19th-century style and was constructed on a quadrilateral in 1894, just before the owner passed away. It was meant to serve as the village’s symbolic successor to the previous Pont-Saint-Martin castle, which was situated in the upper portion of the community, but with a higher ideal of connection to the people who Dr. Baraing had dedicated his life to serving.
