2 probed for leaving trash package at Bonaccini’s home

(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, APR 6 – Italian police have placed two
people under investigation for leaving a package full of rubbish
and dirty nappies at the home of Emilia Romagna Governor Stefano
Bonaccini on Monday, judicial sources said Tuesday.
    The package was labelled “COVID Fraud”.
    The two have been cited for aggravated harassment, sources said.
    Police said the case was not linked to political violence.
    The incident is being seen as part of a protest against COVID
restrictions, police said. (ANSA).
