Proportion of hospital beds taken up COVID patients above critical threshold

(ANSA) – ROME, MAR 22 – The proportion of Italian hospital beds occupied by COVID-19 patients has risen above the critical threshold of 40%, the national agency for regional health services (AGENAS) said on Monday.
    It added that the proportion of intensive-care places taken up by COVID sufferers has been above the critical threshold of 30% for almost two weeks and is now up to 38%.. (ANSA).
